An isolated region in the northern side of Inkadia, formed of a network of underground domes and a war-torn valley. The region is managed by a committee of Royal Octarian Army Generals, taking part of the aging royalty's power.
The domes are divided into wings, from A to D.
A WING
The A domes are surrounded by the B, C, D domes in a circle, making Wing A a stronghold for the army.
Besides the A Central Regiment administering these, the committee of Generals have greater influence over their development and defence.

- many administrative institutions are found here, and King Octavio's residence in the Valley
- A-2: metropolitan dome
- mostly civilian, with many residential areas
- has lots of venues and entertainment, including the Eight Star live venue
- has the A-2 Main Communication Tower, a central hub for army communications (this is the only army presence in this dome)
D WING
These domes fall under D North Regiment's administration.
- D-3: found right under Bottlenose Boulevard
- D-4: contains a chemical laboratory
- D-8: outpost
- has a connection to a largely unknown navigational artery of the domes, which intersects with the northern branch of the Inkopolitan Underground
